**Job Summary:**

The Customer Service Supervisor will oversee the customer service department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient resolution of inquiries and issues related to our housing construction projects. Additionally, this role requires expertise in media and photography to capture and document the progress and quality of our construction projects, contributing to our marketing and communication efforts.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Supervise and lead the customer service team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.

- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

- Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards to enhance customer experience.

- Collaborate with construction and sales teams to address customer concerns and provide accurate project updates.

- Utilize media and photography skills to document construction progress, showcasing the quality and craftsmanship of our projects.

- Create visually appealing content for marketing materials, social media, and company websites.

- Maintain a comprehensive database of customer interactions, feedback, and service requests.

- Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Coordinate and conduct customer satisfaction surveys and follow-up activities.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the housing construction industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in media and photography, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.

- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.

**Preferred Skills:**

- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.

- Knowledge of construction processes and terminology.

- Bilingual abilities are advantageous.

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
