Customization/Body Shop Receptionist

Buff X Customization is hiring a professional and organized Receptionist / Front Office Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our customers. We are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, and able to manage a fast-paced front office environment while supporting our staff and management team.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Coordinate communication between customers, staff, and management
• Greet customers and assist with basic inquiries
• Respond to Instagram messages and comments in a timely and professional way
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
• Assist with scheduling and general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Basic familiarity with social media (especially Instagram)
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred

Schedule:

• Hours follow Buff X Customization’s operating business hours
