Role Introduction:
The AA is embarking on an exciting growth and transformation phase and is seeking to recruit a CVRT/NCT Administrator to support the Technical Services team in providing best in class customer service to our clients.
This role will form part of the dynamic Technical Services team and will report to the CRVT Supervisor.
The successful candidate will be a highly driven, adaptable and confident people person who can thrive in a rapidly changing organisation and will adopt a hands-on approach to their role. We are seeking a high calibre and talented professional with a positive mindset and that is willing to learn.
Work location: The role will be based in the ROC (Rescue Operations Centre) office however will be fully eligible for the AA remote working, hybrid working and flexible working policies.
Key Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities and focus areas for this role will include the following:
- Answering incoming calls, directing where necessary and update and make changes to schedule as required
- Scheduling and booking inspections for CVRT test centres and vehicle operators
- Management of schedule to ensure all relevant colleagues have an appropriate workload
- Logging appeals and complaints with NCT supervisor
- Assisting with logging of CVRT appeals and scheduling enforcement tests
- Logging technical queries from test centres and directing to relevant colleagues
- Producing mailing list and liaise with print company to ensure mail is sent within agreed timelines
- Managing shared email inbox to ensure all mail is actioned in a timely manner
- Arranging and booking travel / accommodation
- Assist with running of monthly staff meetings and arrange meeting rooms where required
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Adhoc administration duties as required
The Candidate should have the following:
Minimum qualifications, experience & skills
· 3 years office administration experience desirable but not essential
· Ideally third level degree or vocational course in the areas of business studies, administration or finance
· Good level of competence with Office 365 knowledge of Office 365 (MS Office, Planner, Teams etc.)

Pay: Up to €30,000.00 per year
