Data Analyst

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, supporting decision-making processes, and enhancing business performance. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies.
• Utilize tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft SQL Server to create visualizations and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct business analysis to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance using SQL, Oracle, and R.
• Implement SDLC best practices in data management projects to ensure quality deliverables.
• Develop scripts using Python and VBA for data manipulation and automation of repetitive tasks.
• Document processes using Visio and provide training on analytics tools to team members.
• Participate in project management activities to track progress and deliver results on time.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools including SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles is preferred.
• Experience with database design and management is essential.
• Proficient in analytics with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$46.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
