About the Role:
A Data Analyst possesses the expertise to transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive informed business decisions. This role involves analyzing data sets to uncover solutions to customer-related challenges, communicating findings clearly to management and stakeholders, and monitoring performance and quality control metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret complex data sets and apply statistical techniques to analyze results, generating insightful and actionable reports.
- Design, develop, and implement databases, data collection systems, and analytics strategies to enhance statistical efficiency and data quality.
- Prepare situational reports detailing root causes, breakdowns, recommended actions, and strategic solutions.
- Evaluate current Customer Service operations through KPI trend analysis to identify areas for performance improvement.
- Support project planning and execution, contributing to effective management and timely delivery of initiatives.
- Identify and define opportunities for process optimization and operational enhancements.
- Collaborate with management to prioritize business objectives and information requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design, produce, and validate service reports and process documentation.
- Source data from primary and secondary channels, ensuring accurate maintenance of databases and data systems.
- Publish timely daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on service operations, including ad-hoc reports for both local and HQ leadership.
- Ensure the submission of accurate, comprehensive reports that cover activities, results, trends, recommendations, improvements, actions taken, and key issues.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering accurate results within tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
