Job Description: Data Analyst

Monthly Salary: Up to $7,000 (Depending on experience)

Job Summary
As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into strategic insights that drive business decisions. Your primary responsibility will be to manage survey data, analyse complex datasets, and create compelling visualizations and reports. You will collaborate closely with various teams to identify opportunities for improvement and support our data-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management: Identify, collect, and manage data from various sources, with a primary focus on survey outcomes.
• Data Analysis & Interpretation: Analyse and interpret large datasets to uncover underlying patterns, trends, and insights that impact business performance.
• Reporting & Visualization: Prepare and present clear, concise reports, dashboards, and visualizations to stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes and operations to identify areas for enhancement and recommend new, efficient data collection and analysis methodologies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with survey consultants, management, and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business strategies.
• Ad-hoc Duties: Perform any other related data analysis duties as assigned to support business objectives.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Strong skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Experience with statistical analysis and using programming languages like Python or R is a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• A meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Diploma/Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
