Job Description:

• Process and review employee payroll on a regular schedule (weekly, biweekly, or monthly).
• Validate and audit timekeeping records, deductions, benefits, and other pay-related data.
• Ensure payroll transactions comply with company policies, labor laws, and tax regulations.
• Analyze payroll reports to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and support payroll reconciliations.
• Prepare reports for management, finance, and government agencies as required.
• Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to ensure correct employee data and postings.
• Support year-end activities such as tax filings, annual reports, and audit requirements.
• Recommend and implement process improvements for payroll accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay updated on labor laws, tax codes, and other payroll-related regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
