Data Analyst

Overview

Join us in our Project & Programme Management (PPM) division's'Infrastructure team on some of the most exciting and prestigious construction challenges in Ireland. Work with us and play a central role in making exciting and diverse projects and programmes a reality. Your projects will range across the infrastructure sector including rail, highways, utilities, energy & aviation.

We are seeking an exceptional Data Analyst to take a position in our Dublin PPM Infrastructure team. The individual must be ambitious, wanting to progress within our business and will play a key role in supporting the growth of our PPM Infrastructure Business Unit. The role will involve delivering and winning work with both existing and new clients and working to ensure our technical standard is kept to the highest standard, whilst having a strong team working ethos and delivering in accordance with AtkinsRéalis' digital aspirations.

This role will involve delivery, team management and business growth and working with external key strategic partners, new clients and internal partners across the entire business.

Your role

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop interactive Power BI dashboards, perform data modeling (DAX, Power Query), and translate business needs into actionable insights.
• Data Engineering & Integration: Write and optimize SQL queries; ensure data quality and integration with IT teams.
• DevOps & Deployment: Support CI/CD integration, version control, testing, and deployment of analytics solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Gather requirements, deliver data-driven solutions, and contribute to agile project teams.
• Communication & Documentation: Explain technical concepts clearly, and maintain process and solution documentation.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant years of experience in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modelling, dashboard design), Power Apps and Power automate.
• Basic to intermediate skills on Power Apps, Power Automate will be an added advantage.
• Basic to intermediate coding skills on SQL, Python, and any other programming language will be useful.
• Ability to work and collaborate in a fast‑paced, project‑driven environment.
• Good listening and communication skill is mandatory.
