Introduction:
We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Data Analyst to join our analytics team. This is a high impact role that will partner closely with operations and finance to drive performance across our network of dental practices.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and be comfortable working with large datasets, building dashboards, and, most importantly, translating data into actionable insights that improve business outcomes. This role is highly cross-functional and requires both strong technical skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, drivers of performance, and opportunities for improvement
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality dashboards and reports that track key business trends and surface actionable insights
- Translate business questions into clear analytical approaches, and present findings in compelling ways to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and support decision-making processes.
- Uphold trust in data by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across reporting pipelines
- Support recurring reporting as well as ad hoc analyses for senior leadership
- Monitor and optimize data pipelines to improve efficiency and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar data-centric role
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Power BI (or similar BI tools)
- Advanced Excel skills (data manipulation, analysis, etc.)
- Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
