About the Team:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented BI to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, leveraging data and automation to enhance business processes, drive insights, and support performance analysis.

The Brand Analytics team focuses on deep-diving into brand performance on Shopee, helping partners and internal teams understand how brands are performing across different categories and campaigns. By leveraging data, we provide insights on customer behaviour, marketing effectiveness, and competitive positioning to guide decision-making.
Job Description:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify their needs, pain points, and opportunities for process improvements. Develop and implement solutions, including automation, to streamline workflows and boost productivity
  • Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in partnership with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
  • Utilise tools like SQL, PySpark, and Python to collect, process, and integrate data from multiple sources. Build automated workflows for reporting and dashboarding to provide actionable insightsConduct in-depth brand performance analysis in collaboration with Key Account Managers, uncovering trends and recommendations to support business growth
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics or any relevant field
  • Proficiency in SQL, PySpark, and Python for data processing and analysis
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Experience in creating automated reporting and dashboards to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
