Data Analyst Internship

Job Overview

We are offering a 3-month paid Data Analyst Internship for candidates based in Ireland. This remote, part-time position (20 hours per week) is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in data analysis and reporting.

You’ll work alongside experienced analysts to support data collection, reporting, and dashboard creation, helping turn raw information into actionable insights. Successful interns may be considered for future opportunities within the team.

Duties

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and validating datasets from multiple sources.
• Help build and maintain dashboards and reports in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Support the preparation of visualisations and data summaries.
• Conduct basic analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Monitor data accuracy and consistency across reporting outputs.
• Collaborate with team members on data documentation and quality checks.
• Provide support for ad-hoc reporting requests.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in data, analytics, and reporting.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Excel (formulas, charts, pivot tables).
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python desirable but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Must be based in Ireland and eligible to work there.
