JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS

The Data Encoder is responsible for accurately entering, organizing, and maintaining data across various systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to work efficiently with large datasets. It is ideal for fresh graduates who are highly organized, tech-savvy, and eager to build foundational experience in data management and administrative support.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Encode, update, and validate data in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.
Prepare and manage Excel files, including sorting, filtering, formatting, and basic formula setup.
Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before and after entry.
Identify and correct data errors or inconsistencies.
Maintain organized documentation and ensure proper file naming and version control.
Generate basic reports or summaries using Excel functions.
Coordinate with team members to clarify incomplete or unclear data.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Support other administrative or data-related tasks when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas, data cleanup).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good typing speed and strong computer literacy.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
Strong organization, time management, and documentation skills.
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
