Data & Integrations Product Manager

At Breadcrumb, we’re building technology that makes worksites safer, more connected, and more compliant - trusted by leading construction and industrial businesses globally.

As a Data & Integrations Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the next phase of Breadcrumb’s platform by building foundational data and integration products from the ground up. This is a senior, 0 1 product role responsible for spinning up a new product domain, collaborating closely with a newly established engineering team, and delivering scalable integration and data capabilities that unlock customer and commercial value.

Sitting at the intersection of data, platform, and customer workflows, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of Breadcrumb’s data and integrations ecosystem — including APIs, third-party integrations, reporting, and analytics products.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with leadership to define the vision, strategy, and success metrics for data and integrations as a core product domain.

  • Establish and lead a new product and engineering squad, shaping team structure, ways of working, and delivery practices.

  • Work alongside the Global Partnerships Manager to identify, prioritise, and deliver integration products with key construction and workflow platforms (e.g. Procore, Autodesk, Aconex, Workato, Zapier, and similar).

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for data and integration initiatives — from discovery and validation through to delivery, launch, and iteration.

  • Partner closely with Engineering to design scalable, API-driven solutions and data architectures that support long-term platform growth.

  • Translate complex technical concepts (AI, APIs, data models, integrations) into clear product requirements and customer-focused outcomes.

  • Lead discovery to understand customer data needs, integration pain points, and opportunities for automation, reporting, and analytics.

  • Define and deliver data products including AI, reporting, dashboards, analytics, and insights that drive customer value and business impact.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to ensure alignment and adoption.

  • Use data, experimentation, and customer feedback to inform prioritisation, measure success, and continuously improve product outcomes.

  • Communicate product direction, trade-offs, and progress clearly to senior stakeholders and the wider business.

  • Stay across emerging trends in data platforms, APIs, integrations, and construction technology to inform roadmap and innovation.

Who we’re looking for

  • 5+ years experience in Product Management, with experience owning complex or technical product areas.

  • Experience delivering integration products or platform capabilities in a SaaS environment.

  • Strong 0 1 product thinking with the ability to define and build entirely new product capabilities.

  • Excellent problem-solving and systems thinking skills, particularly in complex technical domains.

  • Ability to translate customer and business needs into scalable data and integration solutions.

  • Strong prioritisation skills across technical debt, platform foundations, and customer-facing value.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Practical proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., for rapid prototyping, automation, and document creation) to accelerate product lifecycle activities.

  • Highly analytical, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.

Why You'll Love Working With Us:

  • Impact at scale: Your work will directly support hundreds of thousands of construction workers globally.

  • Collaborative culture: Work alongside a talented, supportive team where ideas are valued and your input will truly be sort after. Our team work towards shared goals and celebrate collective success.

  • Growth opportunities: As we scale, you’ll grow too — shaping not just our product but also our engineering culture. We have a dedicated growth and development budget for every member of our team and are genuinely invested in setting our teams up for success.

  • Flexible, modern environment: We value autonomy, continuous learning, and building for the future. We also have a number of initiatives to promote healthy wellbeing amongst our team including great flexibility options, a wellness spend for each team member, an EAP provider and paid mental health leave.

At Breadcrumb, we are committed to building an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought and perspective, and reflects a wide range of experiences and ideas. We consider all qualified applicants based on merit, skills, and potential, without discrimination based on any legally protected attributes or status.
