Day Porter - Part Time

We are currently recruiting for the position of Day Porter at the 4* Westport Hotel Group. We recognize that our team is our greatest asset and the successful candidate will enhance an already established and successful team. Recently awarded Great Place to Work.

This is a part time position.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Consistently deliver the highest standard of service
• Accept a flexible work schedule and maintain flexibility within the Concierge team
• Provide support to Reception, and where necessary in other areas of the Hotel.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer care skills.
• Be able to work on your own initiative.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Be able to cope well under pressure.
