Daycare Teacher Assistant

The Childcare Assistant have to be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED. You will work closely with the children while conducting daily duties such as preparing and serving meals, changing diapers, potty training, writing daily reports, recording attendance, engaging in play and activities, field trips, assisting to putting children to sleep and ensuring , creating, a safe and sanitary environment for the children, Maintaining a professional and positive relationship with parents, children and staff. Assist lead teacher in daily activities, including lesson planning and maintaining the structure of the classroom and any other tasks.

Assist with feeding, diapering, and toileting as needed, ensuring hygiene and safety protocols are followed.

Supervise and interact with children throughout the day, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage good behavior.

Support the social, emotional, and development needs of the children, guiding them in daily routines and group interaction.

Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive learning environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
