Dealership Collision Center Porter

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Porter to join our dynamic collision center team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our facilities. Your proactive approach will ensure a welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and clients alike.

Duties

• Move vehicles to collision center parking/retrieve vehicles for technicans
• Maintain a clean work enviornment
• shuttling customers to and from the dealership
• Retrieve customer vehicles for delivery, ensure that they are clean and free of shop residue.(ie: paper,plastic, smudge marks, etc
• Perform comprehensive cleaning duties across various areas, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
• Assist with light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, repairing fixtures, and minor repairs to ensure facilities are in optimal condition
• Clean vehicle as needed, inside and out.
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas and ensure pathways are clear and safe for all users, trash removal,weeding, sweeping, shoveling, snow brooming, etc...
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 50 lbs, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to various cleaning schedules and maintenance needs as they arise
• Must have valid Michigan Drivers License

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
