Delivery Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting our products to various businesses and homes, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining excellent customer service. This role requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, ability to drive in Toronto. The Delivery Driver plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our supply chain and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is for every Wednesday from May until October. The route is from Tweed to Toronto and back.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate refrigerated cargo van to transport goods to designated locations.
• Load and unload boxes (must be able to lift 50 lbs)
• Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries and pickups.
• Inspect vehicles regularly for safety and maintenance, report any issues.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations during transportation.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules or issues.

Experience

• Prior experience in commercial driving or freight delivery is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Experience with freight handling and logistics is advantageous.
