Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery / Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our products are delivered efficiently and safely to our customers while also maintaining the organization and functionality of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have experience in both delivery driving and warehouse operations.

Duties

• Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks, to transport goods to designated locations.
• Load and unload products from delivery vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling techniques.
• Follow assigned routes for timely deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including obtaining signatures and documenting any issues encountered during transport.
• Assist with inventory management by organizing stock within the warehouse and ensuring that all items are stored properly.
• Perform heavy lifting as required, moving products throughout the warehouse and preparing them for shipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries and addressing any concerns or inquiries.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, with knowledge of inventory management practices.
• Experience as a commercial driver with a valid driver’s license; familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
• Proven delivery driver experience with a solid understanding of route driving principles.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and engage in physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.
• Proficient in operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely within a warehouse environment.
• Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record; experience as a courier is advantageous. Join us in this dynamic role where you will contribute to our operations while providing exceptional service to our customers!

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
