As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to become an important part of our clinical team. Position Summary

The Dental Assistant plays a key role in supporting patient care, assisting with clinical procedures, maintaining treatment room readiness, and helping ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional service while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during a variety of restorative, cosmetic, and preventive procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms before appointments and ensure proper turnover between patients
• Sterilize instruments and maintain compliance with infection control and safety protocols
• Take digital radiographs and accurately document patient information in the practice management system
• Support patient flow by helping coordinate clinical schedules and treatment readiness
• Provide post-treatment instructions and reinforce oral health education
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with maintaining clinical supplies and materials
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to promote an efficient and positive patient experience
• Remain current on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and office procedures

Qualifications

• Dental Assistant certification or comparable clinical experience
• Current X-ray certification required
• Previous dental assisting experience preferred
• Experience with Eaglesoft dental software is strongly preferred
• BLS/CPR certification is a plus
• Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and sterilization techniques
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
