Smiles & Faces Orthodontics is a well-established specialist orthodontic practice in Blacktown, known for delivering high-quality care in a supportive and positive environment. We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Dental Assistant to join our growing clinical team.

About the Role

• Shifts: fixed shifts are during the week (three days a week) 27-30 hours a week.
• Flexibility: Additional shifts may be offered on the day or on other weekdays as skills and confidence develop
• Employment type: Casual start (permanent may be considered)
• No weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Chairside assisting and clinical support
• Instrument sterilisation and infection control
• Lab organisation and preparation
• Maintaining clinical areas and supporting daily workflows

• Comfortable in a busy clinical environment
• Friendly and empathetic with patients and colleagues
• Customer service or healthcare experience is a bonus, not essential
