About the Role

As a Dental Assistant & Receptionist in our thriving Palmerston practice, you’ll play a key role in clinical treatment. You’ll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.

Skills & Experience

You have:

• Minimum 12 months Dental Assistant (desirable not essential)
• Certificate III in Dental Assisting (desirable not essential)
• Previous Dental Receptionist experience (desirable not essential)
• Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
• Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) - (desirable not essential)

• Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation
• An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail
• Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
