Dental Assistant/Receptionist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Dental assistant / Receptionist / marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk tasks and providing excellent customer service to our patients, assisting, x-rays, and an incentive based bonus opportunity

Responsibilities

- All tasks related to dental assisting and some marketing
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain calendars
- Manage patient records and update information in electronic systems
- Handle billing and insurance claims processing
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable

Skills
- Proficiency in medical office management software like Meditech or Athenahealth
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient care
- Ability to work with electronic health record systems
- Experience with office filing systems
- Familiarity with dental or hospital reception processes

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
