Dental Assistant/Receptionist

UDC is hiring! As a Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our dental professionals in various clinical and administrative tasks.

(Applicant MUST be willing to be trained at our Buendia branch)

Branch assignment - Ayala Cloverleaf

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during dental procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.
• Prepare treatment rooms by ensuring all necessary instruments, materials, and equipment are ready for each patient.
• Greet and prepare patients for treatment, including taking and recording medical histories.
• Provide chairside assistance to the dentist, handing instruments, maintaining a clear field of vision, and anticipating the dentist's needs.
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and treatment areas following established infection control protocols.
• Take X-rays, process and maintain accurate records, and ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.
• Manage inventory of dental supplies, reorder as needed, and maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with patients, addressing their concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
