A dental receptionist works at the front desk and manages administrative tasks.

• Managing patient records and recalls

• Strong communication and customer service
• Organisation and time management
• Basic computer and billing skills

Main Difference

• Dental Assistant → Clinical role (works with dentist and patients directly in treatment)
• Dental Receptionist → Administrative role (manages front desk and patient flow)
