Location: Old Sauk Clinic - West Madison, WI

Job Description
Dental Health Associates of Madison (DHA), a doctor-owned practice with over 50 years of service to the Madison community, is seeking a Clinic Coordinator to oversee daily operations at our Old Sauk Clinic. Position Overview
As a Clinic Coordinator at DHA, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient patient flow, and supporting both staff and providers. You will lead a dedicated team, oversee administrative functions, and maintain a high standard of patient care and clinic efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth patient and provider flow
  • Manage staff schedules, monitor workloads, and coordinate coverage as needed
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a positive work environment
  • Address patient concerns with professionalism and ensure excellent customer service
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements
  • Oversee administrative functions, including record-keeping and billing accuracy
  • Coordinate maintenance and supply needs to support clinic efficiency
  • Assist with hiring, training, and performance management of clinic staff

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Three years of clinic management experience required, dental preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with dental or medical software preferred

Working Conditions
This in-person role is based at our Old Sauk Clinic and requires flexibility to manage clinic operations effectively. Occasional evening or weekend work may be needed.
