Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations.
• Schedule appointments and maintain patient records accurately.
• Handle multi-line phone systems and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Using Paradigm is an asset
• Assist with billing and insurance verification as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Provide administrative support as required.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a dental office.
• Proficiency in Paradigm and familiarity with electronic medical records.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with front desk operations and administrative tasks is preferred.
