Bigelow Endodontics is a small business in Great Falls, MT. Our goal is to provide a professional, patient centered office. We are looking for a candidate that will join our small close-knit team to provide a caring and nurturing environment for our patients.

An established Endodontic (Root canal and Root End Surgery specialist) office has an opening for a Dental Receptionist. We are looking for a positive, enthusiastic individual to join our team to perform many task, ranging from billing, patient care, record-keeping, and scheduling appointments. Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors
• Answering phone calls
• Manage received referrals and scheduling
• Confirming appointments
• Corresponding with other dental offices
• Billing and insurance
• Handling mail and packages
• General office upkeep
• other duties as needed

Experience

• Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar medical office role is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical billing, coding (ICD coding), and documentation review.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction are crucial for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
