Dental Receptionist

Hello.

We are a close-knit dental practice with a wonderful relationship with our patients, and our team. We believe in creating a positive and welcoming environment, both for our team and our patients.

We are looking for a dynamic, friendly and professional individual to join our team as a dental receptionist. HARP certification, though an asset, is not mandatory.

Key responsibilities:

• Receptionist Duties :

Greet patients warmly and manage check-ins/check-outs

Handle scheduling, appointment booking and confirmations

Perform insurance breakdowns and input treatment plan codes

Provide cost estimates and submit insurance claims

Ensure smooth flow of the front office operations

Support the dental team in providing exceptional care to patients.
