The Opportunity
We are looking for a Casual Dental Receptionist to join our Morley practice to be a key team member working collaboratively within the practice, providing high quality customer service all patients. This role will see you managing a busy front desk reception, welcoming patients to the Centre, supporting health care professionals as well as general administration duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and welcoming them into our Centre.
• Collecting & entering patient details into the database system Dental for Windows.
• Scheduling appointments
• Managing incoming phone calls & patient enquiries.
• Advising patients on post-treatment care
• Processing payments, handling Medicare and health fund claims
• Provide some chairside dental assistance to our Dentists in busy periods
• Performing some instrument reprocessing and sterilisation procedures
• Administration support and other ad hoc duties.

Our Ideal Candidate

To excel in this role, you'll possess:

• Exceptional customer service skills with previous customer service experience an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills including a professional & personable telephone manner.
• Detail-orientated.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
• Ability to work as part of a multifaceted team and independently.
• Neat and professional presentation.
• Availability on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
