Your Role and Responsibilities
This position resides in Markham, ON and is 4 months work term commencing in Sept 2023. It is mandatory that all applicants are enrolled in full-time studies at a post-secondary institution and returning to full-time studies upon completion of the work-term.

We are seeking a student that is driven to succeed in a very fast paced technical and client focused environment. Your role will be to act as a coordinator, working very closely with the technical delivery team to ensure timely responses to client problem tickets. The coordinator will be responsible for reviewing all incoming Salesforce Cases (client issues) and assigning them to technical individuals within the team. The coordinator will also be responsible for creation and maintenance of documented support processes and procedures.

Candidates should be highly motivated, enthusiastic, team player, and able to work under minimal supervision. Candidates also need to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills. In addition, must be able to collaborate and apply communication skills, all fundamental skills that will have a direct impact on the success of the team and to the success of our clients.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Must be eligible for a 4-month work term starting September 2023
• Ability to follow Standard Procedures
• Demonstrated Communication skills (Verbal and written)
• Strong teamwork skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience with CRM software would be an asset
• Python knowledge would be an asset
• Previous Client/Customer experience
• Learn and understand support structure to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Exhibit Self-starter traits
• Able to work with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Some knowledge of databases, SQL, DB2
• Windows, Linux knowledge, previous experience would be an asset
• Registered in a formal co-op or internship program enrollment
