Where will you be in the organization?


Under Group IT Services Distributed Products, The “Storage” product aims at delivering best in class Storage capabilities ( SAN – Sunset Product, NAS, Hyperconverged ) for AXA GO and the entities.

As a member of this team you are responsible for the engineering and the operations of new solutions regarding Storage Technologies and its ecosystem, working in a global mode with all the regions


As part of its new Cloud Transformation program (ATLAS), AXA GO has decided with the AXA entities to modernize the remaining footprint hosted in the regional datacenters, to be able to support the workloads that are not eligible to the Public Cloud


About the job
Your missions :


1. CI/CD Pipeline Management:

  • Design and Implement: Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes for storage fileshare.
  • Optimization: Continuously improve pipeline efficiency and reliability.


2. Infrastructure as Code (IaC):

  • Automation: Use tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to manage infrastructure through code.
  • Scalability: Ensure infrastructure can scale efficiently to meet demand.


3. Monitoring and Logging:

  • Setup: Implement monitoring tools to track system performance.
  • Analysis: Analyze logs to identify and resolve issues proactively.


4. Security:

  • Best Practices: Implement security measures and compliance checks within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Incident Response: Develop and maintain incident response plans.


5. Collaboration:

  • Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication between teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Documentation : create testing plan or handover documentation for Expert or QA to be able to use Automation.

Expected skills & experience

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:


Following knowledge and experience areas are mandatory:

  • Storage Knowledge is appreciated
  • Cloud DevOps Certification is appreciated
  • AWS or Azure knowledge is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in IT environment (incident, 24H/7 on duty, early morning organization, QA).
  • Scripting skills and automation: Python, Ansible, Terraform
  • Experience with docker is appreciated.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation. Procedure, process, training materials, test plan.


Requested personal skills

  • Autonomous, teamwork spirit and “self-organized working”, respectful of the process.
  • Curiosity, assertiveness.
  • Customer centric and result orientation.
  • Ability to work in dynamic, matrix-structured global organizations.
  • Upper intermediate level of written and spoken English is a must.
  • Communication Skill - Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows.
  • French speaking would be appreciated.
