Job Overview:

As an Ultrasound Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services. You will work closely with our skilled healthcare team to ensure patients receive the best care and comfort during procedures. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams following established protocols
  • Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and safety throughout procedures
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Analyze ultrasound images and data, identifying abnormalities as needed
  • Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal regulations
  • Support infection control protocols and maintain a clean working environment
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to new ultrasound technicians when needed

Experience & Requirements:

Preference may be given to candidates that demonstrate the following:

  • OB/GYN ultrasound expertise with NT certification
  • Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in Canada preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate effective decision making skills and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
