We’re searching for a Digital and Social Intern who is looking to kick start a career in a busy and thriving full service agency.

The role would suit a recent graduate or a person with relevant life experience who’s a digital all-rounder with good digital marketing knowledge, a passion for technology and a love for all things social media.

It would be a mixed role, whereby 70% of the time you will be supporting the digital and social team in our office on Erne Street, Dublin with project research, website management, social media planning/management, supporting events, and the other 30% you will be helping to keep our Tik Tok and Instagram accounts busy.

Sound like you?

• Ready to commit for 3 months – with a view to extending to 6 months depending on performance.
• A real desire to immerse yourself in the events and digital/social industry
• Competent with Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides etc) Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
• Clued in to social media apps and their latest features (Instagram, TikTok, etc)
• Pulse on the latest social and cultural trends and can propose ideas on how we can tap into these.
• Creative, innovative personality and thinks outside of the box.
• Not camera shy! You’re comfortable being in front of (and behind!) the camera phone
• Can work well in a team and under pressure
• Can meet and beat client deadlines
• Have a natural aptitude for technology
• Day to day, you’ll assist the team to manage social media campaigns, websites, apps, brainstorm ideas, feed into proposals, create content for Verve social media channels. You will also support testing, setup and delivery of creative technology experiences.

Bonus points for:

• Experience with Paid Social Media Campaigns (Meta and Google)
• Experience creating Tik Tok videos and Instagram reels
• A natural aptitude for shooting videos on your phone.
• Experience in the events and marketing industry through part time work or summer jobs.

Details:

• Initial 3-month contract, with a view to extending based on performance.
• This is a paid internship.
• You’ll be full time based in our vibrant and lively Dublin 2 office with a mix of in office and on location for events.
• It is not suitable for applicants in full time education. Flexibility required, not every day is Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm.
• Our internship roles include other office support responsibilities so you get to see the workings of the company and interact with all team members.
• You don’t mind dogs, we have two very friendly chocolate labradors called Oscar and Jerry (uncle and nephew!), and regular “guest” dogs in the office.

This is a full time position and we cannot accept applications from people looking to do work placements as part of their studies.
