Digital Content Creator

Rockwood is a leading public affairs and communications consultancy, working at the intersection of business, media, policy, and politics in Ireland and in Brussels. We advise global corporates, representative bodies, and enterprise-level businesses.

We are now seeking a Digital Content Creator to help translate our clients' campaigns into compelling, accessible digital content.

The role

You will be responsible for creating high-quality digital content that supports client campaigns, and Rockwood’s own brand. This is a hands-on role combining creativity, judgement, and an understanding of the nuances of communication.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging digital content across platforms (LinkedIn, X, websites, newsletters)

• Develop visual and written content including short videos, graphics, ppts and posts

• Translate content into clear, audience-focused messaging

• Work closely with consultants and clients on campaigns, announcements, and advocacy

• Support brand consistency and tone across all digital outputs

• Adapt content based on engagement and impact

• Measurement of impact

About you

• 2-3 years experience in digital content creation, and communications

• Strong writing skills and an eye for tone, clarity, and audience

• Comfortable working with policy, business, or technical subject matter

• Familiar with content creation tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe, video editing tools)

• Social-media savvy with sound judgement and attention to detail

• Curious, organised, and able to work at pace
