Job Summary:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team remotely and play a pivotal role in our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will create and optimize digital assets, manage campaigns, and contribute to innovative marketing strategies. This role includes crafting engaging web and email content, enhancing SEO efforts, and implementing automation workflows to drive client success. You will also assist with social media content creation and enjoy opportunities for professional growth within a fast-paced, supportive team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Website and Landing Page Creation:

  • Design and develop landing pages and website pages using CMS platforms like HubSpot, WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, and Wix.
  • Create landing pages from scratch or adapt existing templates while adhering to UI and user experience best practices.
  • Perform minor design tweaks using front-end code (HTML/CSS) with additional training provided as needed.

Content Creation and SEO:

  • Write and edit engaging content for websites, blogs, and landing pages.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, link building, and technical tasks such as managing Google Search Console and optimizing internal linking structures.
  • Use AI tools to generate brand scripts, funnels, and SEO blog articles in the client’s brand voice.
  • Implement technical SEO tasks, such as disavowing backlinks, managing redirects, and developing schema.

Email Marketing:

  • Design and deploy email campaigns, including automated workflows with headers and imagery aligned to the content.
  • Ensure all email campaigns comply with CAN-SPAM regulations and industry best practices.

Marketing Automation:

  • Leverage tools like HubSpot, Zapier, Make, and Power Automate to create workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Implement custom solutions using APIs or basic JavaScript, with bonus points for advanced API knowledge.

Social Media:

  • Design and schedule posts using tools like HubSpot and Sprout Social.
  • Monitor performance metrics and create reports to refine social media strategies.

Client Communication and Collaboration:

  • Participate in client calls to provide updates, answer questions, and ensure project alignment.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver successful marketing initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, website design, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms and CRMs, particularly HubSpot.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to self-manage and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise in SEO tools and best practices, including technical SEO.
  • Experience with email marketing tools and automation software.
  • Proficiency with project management tools like Monday.com.
  • Strong design skills with a focus on user experience and brand consistency.
  • Knowledge of front-end coding (HTML/CSS) for minor design adjustments.
  • Basic video editing skills using tools like Premiere Rush, Canva, or AI platforms (advanced skills are a plus) and experience with advanced API integrations is a plus.
  • Availability during U.S. business hours (9 AM – 5 PM CST).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
