Digital Project Manager (Mid Level)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of projects from initiation through to completion.
  • Support senior project managers in monitoring project progress and adjusting schedules, resources, or deliverables as needed.
  • Help manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Prepare and update project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and action item lists.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues.
  • Support project meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed for project requirements.
  • Maintain project documentation in a structured and accessible manner.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in project management or coordination
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or similar tools).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledgeable with Excel, Word, Google sheets & Google documents.
  • Knowledgeable with Outlook & Lark.

Preferred Skills:

  • Project Management Certification: Familiarity with certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), or PRINCE2 is a plus.
  • Experience or knowledge in Agile, Scrum, or other iterative project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Project Management Software: Knowledge of tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira, or Monday.com for managing tasks, schedules, and resources.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Ability to assess risks, understand project data, and make decisions based on analysis.
  • Experience or knowledge of managing project budgets, forecasting costs, and ensuring financial targets are met.
