Disability Support Worker (Casual) *Weekend Worker*

Reach support services is a disability support company offering a range of supports to NDIS participants.

We are currently looking for staff to join the team and help our clients reach their goals and full potential in a positive, fun and constructive environment.

We are looking for an experienced disability support worker that meets the following criteria:

- 1 year experience (preferable)

- WWCC, first aid and police check

- active and fun personality

- must be patient, empathetic and compassionate

- person and family centered and focused

- Provides caring and innovative support

- has a passion for providing quality supports

- relevant qualifications as listed

- must show initiative and be adaptable to unforeseen circumstances on shift

- must be available weekends

- this position is strictly for weekend shifts, some weekdays or nights may be available and there is room for leave when needed

- must be available through january
