Whakangungu | Training
Paid training! Our Kaiāwhina Skills Framework training takes place during your first two–four weeks of employment and includes:

• Practical training
• Online self-directed learning
• Working alongside a buddy trainer

• Love working with people and helping them thrive
• Intuitive and responsive to people’s needs
• Own a smartphone
• Have the right to work in New Zealand
• Have a background in offering support to individuals with intellectual and/or physical disabilities
• Full/restricted driver’s license
