Whakangungu | Training
Paid training! Our Kaiāwhina Skills Framework training takes place during your first two–four weeks of employment and includes:
- Practical training
- Online self-directed learning
- Working alongside a buddy trainer
- Love working with people and helping them thrive
- Intuitive and responsive to people’s needs
- Own a smartphone
- Have the right to work in New Zealand
- Have a background in offering support to individuals with intellectual and/or physical disabilities
- Full/restricted driver’s license
