Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our food service operations and contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Duties

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and removing trash as needed.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as required, ensuring that all food handling guidelines are followed.
• Organize and restock clean dishes and utensils in their designated areas.
• Support kitchen staff by helping with basic cooking tasks when necessary.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Basic knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques is a plus.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as needed.
