Duties

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently throughout each shift
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as ingredient prep and plating support when needed
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces
• Support the catering and banquet teams by providing clean dishware for events and large functions
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean items to cooking stations
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper waste disposal and sanitation practices
