Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are sanitized and ready for use. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and food service, with experience in restaurant, catering, or hotel settings preferred. Duties

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas
• Clean Bathrooms and common areas as needed
• Support food preparation tasks such as basic food handling and assisting with simple food prep when required
• Ensure proper storage of clean items and organize dishware for easy access
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours
• Assist with banquet or catering setups as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
• Able to work Monday Through Friday 6AM to 11AM
• Basic understanding of food handling and safety protocols
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads (up to 40 pounds)
