Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will ensure the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas, support food service operations, and contribute to a welcoming environment for our guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help uphold our high standards of hospitality and food quality.

Duties

• Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a smooth flow of service during busy hours
• Wash dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment efficiently while adhering to food safety standards
• Assist with bussing tables by removing used dishes, silverware, and trash to keep dining areas tidy
• Support food preparation tasks such as plating or organizing ingredients when needed
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dining room, and service stations through regular cleaning and sanitizing
• Help with catering events or banquet setups by transporting supplies and setting up serving areas
• Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace cleanliness

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues and guests
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a hospitality setting
• Enthusiasm for delivering excellent service and contributing to a lively dining atmosphere
