Dishwasher/Kitchen Hand

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchenware, ensuring a smooth flow of operations in a fast-paced food service environment. This role is essential in supporting our culinary team by providing clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold high standards of hygiene and efficiency.

Duties

• Wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and prep work
• Ensure all items are stored properly after cleaning to prevent contamination
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards
• Assist in waste disposal and recycling procedures
• Support kitchen staff during peak hours to ensure timely service delivery

Skills

• Experience in cleaning and maintaining kitchenware in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
• Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Basic understanding of food preparation and cooking processes is a plus
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately
• Previous experience in food service or hotel environments is advantageous
• Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
