HVAC Dispatcher Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM

Position Summary

The HVAC Dispatcher is responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and dispatching service technicians for maintenance, repairs, and emergency calls. This position requires excellent communication, and the ability to problem‑solve in real time while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls, maintenance, and installations
• Communicate with customers to gather job details, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction
• Prioritize and adjust schedules based on urgency, workload, and technician availability
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, job statuses, and technician notes
• Support technicians with information, parts coordination, and follow‑up needs
• Collaborate with management to ensure efficient workflow and timely job completion
• Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and clarity

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching, customer service, and/or office coordination
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
• Basic computer applications
• Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
