District Sales Manager

Compensation:
$130,000+ annual salary
Responsibilities:
- Outline our sales strategies and objectives to ensure we make our sales goals
- Present sales reports to the team that accurately represent sales efforts including sales progress and volume to more accurately forecast future goals
- Continue company growth by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs
- Maintain long-lasting customer relationships and manage customer complaints to ensure we are meeting their needs
- Manage our sales team by creating a sales plan for each sales representative, setting individual sales targets, assigning sales territories, and overseeing ongoing training programs to set the team up for success
Qualifications:
- Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales
- Exemplary communication skills, leadership skills, and analytical skills
- 3+ years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Demonstrated leadership experience in business, sales, management, consulting, military, education, healthcare, or other professional fields.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Enterprising mindset with a desire to build and lead a business.
- Proven ability to influence, motivate, and work with diverse individuals.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve professional growth.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior sales, management, business development, or client-facing experience is highly valued.
