Document Controller

Job Summary:

Responsible for organizing, managing, and maintaining all project documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company and client standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage all project documents and records (drawings, submittals, RFI, permits).
• Ensure documents are properly filed, updated, and distributed to concerned departments.
• Track document versions and revisions.
• Assist the project team in document retrieval and coordination.
• Ensure all documents comply with company standards and audit requirements.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering (licensed or non-licensed).
• Preferably with construction/site experience in land development.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and file management.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 20 months

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
