Responsibilities
- Establish, maintain, and manage the document control system for the project.
- Receive, register, log, track, distribute, and archive drawings, method statements, technical submissions, reports etc.
- Ensure proper document numbering, revision control, and version tracking.
- Coordinate submission and approval workflows with site team, consultants, main contractors and subcontractors
- Maintain master document registers and trackers.
- Ensure documents are issued to relevant stakeholders in a timely and controlled manner
- Assist the project team with document requests, audits, and handover documentation
- Ensure compliance with project document control procedures and client requirements
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Engineering or equivalent
- At least 1 year relevant working experience, preferably in construction, data center, engineering or site administration
- Willingness to work in a construction site environment
