The Role:
The successful candidate will bring a proven track record in a target-driven sales environment, demonstrating strong negotiation skills and the ability to close opportunities successfully.
As a Domestic Solar PV Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for generating, developing and converting a pipeline of residential Solar PV opportunities. You will engage directly with homeowners, guiding them on the range of SEAI grants available ( One Stop Shops, CEGs and Solar- only projects ), providing practical, tailored advice, bespoke to the individual's needs.
You will be a clear communicator, have strong attention to detail and be a results-focused individual, comfortable working independently while remaining accountable for KPI's.

Key Responsibilities:
Performance will be measured against defined KPIs, including sales targets, conversion rates and pipeline activity
Own the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to signed contract, providing a thorough handover to our design and project management teams
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear, effective and regular communication
Provide recommendations for installations based on the customers' requirements
Prepare and present accurate quotation packs for clients, guiding them through our internal processes
Maintain accurate records in CRM, including pipeline forecasting and weekly sales reporting.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns
Attend various marketing shows, seminars and events as required
Collaborate with the wider sales team to develop effective sales strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role, ideally from a Solar PV or associated sales background
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full clean driving licence
Solar PV and battery storage knowledge/experience a distinct advantage, but full training will be provided
Fluent English, both written and verbal
