Responsibilities

• Represent Rogers with professionalism during door-to-door customer interactions
• Promote and sell Rogers products and services to residential customers
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Work closely with leaders and managers to improve skills and performance

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and self-motivated
• Goal-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available Monday to Friday (12 PM office start time)
• Sales experience is an asset, but not required – full training is provided

Compensation

• Uncapped commission
• Competitive weekly earnings, with higher income potential based on performance
