Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join our team as Freshers - Software Developers. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or individuals with limited work experience who possess strong programming knowledge and exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidates should have a strong willingness to learn, along with good problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior team members to develop and maintain software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using industry best practices.
• Apply theoretical understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) concepts to design and implement software solutions.
• Participate in the entire software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Maintain a can-do attitude, demonstrate a desire to be a team player, and actively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
• Gain an understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and SQL, as they are complementary skills for software development (knowledge in these areas is a plus).
• Learn and adapt to new technologies and programming languages as required by the project.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong programming knowledge in at least one major programming language (e.g., C, Java, C++, C# .Net, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
• Theoretical understanding of OOPS concepts and their practical application in software development.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• A strong willingness to learn and keep up with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Prior experience or knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, and SQL is a plus.
• Prior internship or project experience in software development would be an advantage, but not mandatory.
